CUNY - Lehman College, Bronx, New York. DASNY funded and supervised ADA Compliance of 113 toilet rooms in all existing academic and public venue buildings. Included reconstruction of some spaces to achieve minimum spacial requirements. Project Manual to DASNY standards, complying to Wicks Law.

CUNY - Hostos College, Bronx, New York, 500 Grand Concourse Building: DASNY funded Dental Clinic, ADA compliance, finishes and systems upgrade to original 1960's administration and classroom building.

Hostos College, Entrance Plaza contiguous to 500 Grand Concourse Building: Hardscape and softscape construction including a water cascade fountain and a memorial to Dominican Republic bound victims of 2001 airplane crash on Long Island.

CUNY - Hunter College and College of Staten Island. DASNY funded and supervised ADA project to upgrade circulation spaces, doors, hardware, lab furniture.

CUNY – City College of New York, Student Housing: The first student housing facility in the CUNY system for Capstone a Developer/Owner/Operator. Comprehensive Project Manual including work of 3 other consultants. 11 story, apartment arrangement from 1 to 4 occupants, prefab thin brick, insulated, metal stud wall panels.

SUNY - Stony Brook - Mendelsohn ("M") Quadrangle Rehabilitation: Approximately 900 student rooms in four buildings, complete documents submitted to DASNY at four phases for: Window replacement/upgrade and exterior masonry repair; student room, toilet/shower room, lounge, lobby and corridor finishes, electrical upgrades, replacements and ADA accessibility upgrades. Bid and Construction Documents for General Contract and separate Carpet Contract prepared to DASNY standands, Wick=s Law compliant.

SUNY - Stony Brook - "H" Quadrangle Rehabilitation: Similar to "M" Quad. Design work started Winter 1999.

SUNY - Stony Brook - Hendrix College Rehabilitation: Similar to "M" and "H" Quad projects. Winter 2002.

SUNY - Stony Brook - Tabler Café: Conversion and rehabilitation of a mid-1960's disused dining hall building to a coffee bar café, student performance and activities space resource.

SUNY - New York City - College of Optometry: SUCF funded renovation and ADA compliance of auditorium and ancillary spaces accommodations for new Audio-Visual systems.

NEW YORK UNIVERSITY - Interior renovations at two buildings: New lecture and classroom spaces at Main Building and temporary student center organizations offices and workrooms at 3 - 5 Washington Place. Fast track bid packages using short form specifications and NYU standard Bidding/Contract Requirements.

LONG ISLAND UNIVERSITY – ATHLETIC, RECREATION and WELLNESS CENTER, Brooklyn, NY – New multi-phase "fast-track" varsity basketball arena, competition and recreation swimming pool, and physical therapy facility. Produced DD level specifications and 6 CD level Project Manuals for CM bidding for GMP.

CORNELL UNIVERSITY - College of Human Ecology, Martha van Rensselaer Hall North, Contract for Demolition: Documents for bidding the complete demolition, and the sealing and finishing of its contact areas with connecting wings of a structurally failing 1960's concrete framed wing.

PRATT INSTITUTE, Brooklyn Campus – DESIGN CENTER ENTRANCE PAVILION - Project Manual for a competitively bid, single construction contract to build in a recessed courtyard between two of the oldest campus buildings, a new three story infill structure with a metal and glass clad entrance, inter-building circulation spaces and small audio-visual student lounge.
